Projects / Small-Space Toronto Luxury Design

A compact Toronto main floor made to feel expansive, modern, and completely custom.

This Toronto main-floor renovation proves that luxury doesn’t need square footage — it just needs vision. We had roughly 800 square feet to work with, and a big wishlist: a proper entryway, powder room, walk-in pantry, generous family room, and storage that didn’t overwhelm.

We redesigned the floor plan entirely, building a space that feels tailored, airy, and seamless. Every inch was maximized. Every element was intentional. There’s coat storage where you need it. A powder room that feels like a jewel box. And a light-filled family zone that doesn’t feel like a compromise.

Finishes were kept minimal and modern — warm woods, matte stone, soft paint tones — with architectural detailing that makes everything feel designed. It’s a house that proves small can still be high-impact.

If you’re working with tight urban space but don’t want to sacrifice flow or style, this kind of small-space interior design offers the blueprint.
