Projects / Eclectic L.A.-Inspired Toronto Renovation

An L.A.-meets-mid-century renovation with attitude — layout, flow, and personality fully reworked.

This full-home renovation was built around the client’s personality: young, creative, cool — and very clear on what they didn’t want. Forget minimalism. This was about the vibe. We reworked the entire layout and flow, added an extension, and layered in bold design moments at every turn.

Think: L.A. rock-and-roll energy with a touch of mid-century warmth. High-contrast materials. Sculptural lighting. Patterned tile that doesn’t apologize. Every space was meant to surprise — but also feel functional and lived in.

This house doesn’t play it safe, and that’s exactly the point. From the powder room to the kitchen to the hallway sightlines, we made sure every corner delivered. It’s a great example of how a renovation can totally shift the feel of a house — not just in layout, but in attitude.

If you’re looking to renovate in Toronto and want a space that feels artful, youthful, and just a little rebellious, this one shows how far you can push it when you’re working with the right energy.
