Projects / Downtown Toronto Industrial New Build
A new build with downtown loft attitude — family-ready, design-forward, and fully custom.

This new build in Toronto was designed for a family who wanted a downtown loft vibe — but needed it to function for real life: three kids, two dogs, and constant entertaining. That meant durable materials, tons of seating, and smart design decisions that didn’t water down the aesthetic.
We brought in clean industrial elements — steel details, oversized tile, edgy lighting — then balanced them with warmth and comfort: layered textiles, inviting upholstery, and a spatial flow that feels intuitive and open. There’s an edge here, but it’s never cold. It’s a house that lives hard, and looks great doing it.
The architect laid the base, and we refined every interior move to support flow, family life, and personality. From the great room to the kids’ zones, every detail was hands-on.
For anyone building a modern home in Toronto that still needs to feel lived-in, this project proves industrial doesn’t have to mean inflexible.
